We require an initial deposit of 10% (non-refundable) of the purchase price to open the contract.  The next installment of 25% is due at the start of construction, 25% when the roof is poured, and the final payment of 40% is due upon completion. All checks are made out to the attorney, Gudio Perdomo who will establish the escrow accounts.  Upon completion of the unit, the title will transfer directly from the Developer to the new owners.  There is a 10% penalty should you decide to cancel the contract prior to completion of your condominium.

Purchasers should anticipate paying around 4% of purchase price as closing costs.  This includes all legal fees and consultations, property transfer taxes, registration fees, and other administrative fees.  This does not include title insurance.

Should the purchasers desire to buy title insurance this can also be arranged through the attorney.  Both Stewart Title and First American Title offer insurance.  Most clients who work with this developer and attorney choose not to spend the money on the title insurance.  The cost to purchase is 1% of the condo purchase price.
