Ocean One is a gated community of luxurious condomimiums with all the necessities for quality tropical lving.  Located directly on the beach in the middle of Cabarete Bay you can access the sports of windsurfing and kitesurfing Cabarete is famous for.

Available now are 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom 2,100 sq feet luxury units in Phase 2.

The much larger ocean front units in Phase One are sold out.

Phase 2 is directly located behind phase one and only steps to the beach and ocean.  It consists of two large buildings each with six units, and only 3 stories tall.  The buildings face it's own private pool and lush gardens.

The design of the buildings and units will be similar to those built in George's previous project, Ocean Dream just 3 ocean front lots over from Ocean One.  Use these pictures to give you an idea of what the complex will look like.  However, some of the details may change slightly.

The development will be self contained and includes it's own generators providing 24 hour power.  Units will have air conditioning, stove/oven & dishwasher. The refrigerator, washer/dryer and light fixtures are not included giving the owner the option for personal preference.  All building materials are of top quality including double insulated windows.

The units will be sold unfurnished.  However, should an owner need assistance in furnishing the unit, the sub-developer will provide this service for a fee based on a percentage of the furnishing costs.

The monthly condominium fees, currently estimated at $625 a month, include the managment fees, all utilities, maintenance of common areas, landscaping, swimming pool, and 24 hour security.
