Claire is a respected and successfull real estate investor in the US with 10 years experience specifically in real estate investing.  She has extensive holdings in commercial and residential properties from California to Maine. She recently started investing in several projects in Cabarete.  She splits her time between the States and the Dominican Republic.  She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Sub Developer: Peter and Terry Vokos
Peter and Terry have more than 15 years experience in real estate investing, sales and financing.  They both work with national companies in the US in the real estate industry.  They are very well respected in their fields for their expertise in financing and sales.

Attorney: Guido Perdomo
